Perhaps best known as home to the famous Iwo Jima Memorial, Arlington National Cemetery, and the Pentagon, Arlington is one of the most sought-after places to live in the Washington, DC metropolitan area today. 

This 26-acre urban county is located directly across the Potomac River from Washington, DC.   Besides its proximity to the Nation's Capital, Arlington boasts high-quality residential neighborhoods, over 200 parks, 86 miles of scenic bike and jogging trails, and a wide range of arts and entertainment opportunities.

The Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor is one of Arlington's trendiest areas.  Including Rosslyn, Courthouse, Clarendon, Virginia Square, and Ballston neighborhoods, the Corridor offers direct access to upscale retail, fine restaurants, ethnic eateries, and outdoor plazas.  Pentagon City and Shirlington are other in-demand neighborhoods, offering pedestrian-friendly living in a modern urban community environment.  Venture from Arlington across the Key Bridge and you'll reach Georgetown.  Its quaint rowhouses, colorful gardens, and toney shops invite you to come and explore.  From Rosslyn, you can see spectacular views of Georgetown and the Potomac River.

Ballston

Shirlington
